This page explains how to delete your JustMathsApp account and associated data.
We take data privacy seriously and provide clear options to permanently remove
your information.
Who Can Delete an Account
- Parents, guardians, or schools who created an account can delete it.
- Students cannot delete accounts because they do not create accounts.
- Guest users do not have accounts and therefore do not need to delete anything.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your parent/guardian/school account is permanently deleted.
- All student profiles you created are permanently deleted.
- All learning progress, session history, and analytics data are erased.
- Shared access granted to other users is revoked.
- This action cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Account (In-App)
- Open the JustMathsApp app.
- Log in to your parent/guardian/school account.
- Click on the User Icon at the top right.
- Click Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Request Account Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by email.

- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address used to create your JustMathsApp account
We may ask for verification before processing the request. Once verified,
your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
Children's Data
- Students do not create accounts or provide personal information.
- Student data exists only under a parent/guardian/school account.
- Deleting the parent account deletes all associated student data.
